This Chianti is bright ruby red, offering inviting aromas of black cherries with typical sangiovese’s spicy notes.
On the palate, this Chianti is fresh and easygoing, with soft tannins, refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.

Food pairing

It is recommended for barbecued meat, like sliced Chianina steak, or with game, such as pheasant stuffed with truffles: excellent with mature cheeses.
